QuickGive Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickGive platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using QuickGive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of the Service

QuickGive provides a digital platform that allows users to discover charitable organizations and make donations through a streamlined mobile experience. The platform may also provide tools that allow users to track donation histories, access receipts, generate tax summaries, and explore charitable causes.

QuickGive functions as a technology platform that facilitates donations between donors and charitable organizations. Except where explicitly stated, QuickGive itself is not a charitable organization and does not guarantee the conduct, performance, or status of any organization listed on the platform.

User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By creating an account or making a donation through QuickGive, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

Users who create accounts on QuickGive are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring that account information remains accurate and current. Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.

QuickGive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Donations and Payments

All payments made through QuickGive are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. QuickGive does not store complete payment card information and relies on secure payment infrastructure to process transactions.

Once a donation is completed, it may not be reversible except where required by law or where a refund is granted at the discretion of the payment processor or receiving organization. Users should review donation details carefully before confirming a transaction.

Tax Deductibility

QuickGive may provide receipts and summaries for donations made through the platform. These records are intended to assist users in tracking contributions. However, QuickGive does not provide tax advice and does not guarantee that any donation qualifies for tax deductions. Tax treatment may depend on the legal status of the recipient organization and the applicable tax laws in the user’s jurisdiction.

Platform Fees

QuickGive may charge platform fees, payment processing fees, or other service fees associated with the operation of the platform. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to completing a donation.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include attempting to interfere with the operation of the Service, engaging in fraudulent transactions, attempting to gain unauthorized access to system infrastructure, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services

QuickGive relies on third-party providers for payment processing, infrastructure hosting, and other technical services. These services operate under their own policies and terms, and QuickGive is not responsible for failures, outages, or interruptions caused by third-party systems.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickGive disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. QuickGive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.

Termination

QuickGive reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for any activity that may harm the platform or its users. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuickGive operates.

Updates to Terms

QuickGive may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
